Installation method of industrial conveyor chain
First of all, we need to find out where the center line of the head and tail wheels of the chain is.
Secondly, determine the level of the head and tail wheel group of the conveyor chain. Generally, the head and tail wheel group should be kept in the horizontal position.
Thirdly, the installed bracket is on a horizontal line. The bracket and the bracket embedded plate need to be welded firmly in advance, and then the track of the chain is installed. In order to ensure the smooth connection between the industrial conveyor chain and the sprocket teeth, the radian of the connection between the head and tail of the rail should be paid attention to.
Then, put the chain on, and pay attention to keep it horizontal and straight when placing it.
Precautions for the use of industrial conveyor chain
1. Pay attention to the tightness, not too tight or too loose, so as to avoid damage to the chain.
