Inspection method of roller coupling chain:
Roller Coupling Chain Elongation = Decision Size - Reference Length / Reference Length * 100%
(1) In order to remove the clearance of the whole roller coupling chain, it is necessary to measure the tension on the roller coupling chain to some extent.
(2) When measuring, in order to minimize the errors, measuring in 6-10 sections (link)
(3) Find out the elongation of the roller coupling chain, which is compared with the use limit value of the chain elongation of the preceding item.
(4) Measuring the dimension of inner L1 and outer L2 between the rollers of knots in order to obtain the dimension L=(L1L2)/2.
Measuring the chain elongation of roller coupling:
(1) Before measuring, the roller coupling chain should stay for 1 minute under the condition of applying three-thirds of the minimum ultimate tensile load.
(2) The tested chain is enclosed on two sprockets, and the upper and lower sides of the tested chain should be supported.
(3) Measuring the front chain through cleaning
(4) Measuring the Central Distance of Two Sprockets
(5) When measuring, a delimited measuring load is applied to the roller coupling chain to tighten the upper and lower sides. Normal tooth engagement should be ensured in the sprocket.
Maintenance method of roller coupling chain:
(1) Whether the roller is cracked or damaged. Excessive wear and tear
(2) Whether the pin is deformed or rolled or embroidered
(3) Is the joint loose and deformed?
(4) Whether there is abnormal noise or vibration during operation, and whether the lubrication condition of roller coupling chain is good or not.
(5) Whether the inner/outer chains are deformed, cracked or embroidered
