The high wear-resistant chain guide rail is applied to the special chain rail swamp transport chassis for petroleum geological exploration. The features are: two chain guide rails are respectively embedded at the bottom of both sides of the floating tank, and the chain guide rails are concave into the bottom of the floating tank and welded with the floating tank as a whole. The upper grinding strip is fixed on the upper plane of the chain guide rail. The two sides of the chain guide rail are respectively fixed with side grinding strips. Two rows of wear-resistant slats are fixed on the bottom plane of the middle part of the bottom surface of the pontoon. The two ends of the aluminum rail are respectively fixed with chains, and the positions of the chains are opposite to the chain guide rails. The chain guide rail is fixed with two rows of supporting rollers in the middle of the aluminum rail. The position of the two rows of supporting rollers is opposite to the two rows of wear-resistant slats on the bottom surface of the floating tank, which plays the role of supporting the aluminum rail. The effect is: the chain guide cannot jump out of the chain guide. Even if there is a chain with partial groove skipping in the process of moving, the detached chain guide rail will not be blocked outside the guide rail groove in the process of moving, and it can easily return to the guide rail automatically, avoiding the further chain tooth skipping phenomenon.

 

The impact strength of high wear-resistant chain guide rail ranks first among all engineering plastics. Compared with other engineering plastics, the impact strength of chain guide rail is about 2 times that of impact resistant PC, 5 times that of ABS, and more than 10 times that of POM and pbtp. The impact resistance is so high that it is difficult to break it by the usual impact test method. The impact strength increased with the increase of molecular weight, reached a large value when the molecular weight was 1.5 million, and then decreased with the increase of molecular weight. It is worth noting that it can also maintain excellent impact strength in liquid nitrogen (- 195 ℃), which is not available in other plastics. In addition, it has higher hardness in repeated impact surface. The chain guide rail has excellent chemical resistance. In addition to strong oxidizing acid, it can resist various corrosive media (acid, alkali, salt) and organic media within a certain temperature and concentration range. It was immersed in 80 kinds of organic solvents at 20 ℃ and 80 ℃ for 30 days, and there was no abnormal phenomenon on the surface and almost no change in other physical properties.
