In the use process, due to the long-term operation will lead to the corrosion of the industrial conveying chain, there are many reasons for the corrosion of the industrial conveying chain, as follows:
1. The quality of antirust lubricating oil, cleaning kerosene and other products used in the production of industrial conveyor chain can not meet the requirements of technological regulations.
2. In the process of industrial chain production, the chain parts in the process of processing and the finished chain after assembly are not treated with rust prevention strictly according to the requirements.
3. The environmental conditions of the industrial conveyor chain production enterprise are poor, the content of harmful substances in the air is high, and the turnover site is too small, so it is difficult to carry out effective anti rust treatment. In addition, the hot weather, production workers in violation of anti rust regulations and other phenomena also exist.
4. As the price of chain steel is gradually decreasing, which leads to the gradual decline of chain steel spraying fixture. For example, the content of non-metallic impurities in steel is too high and the metallographic structure deviation, etc. The material of chain steel used in production chain is poor.
5. The gap between the scraper and the bottom plate of the industrial conveyor chain is too small, and the clinker is easy to get stuck between the scraper and the bottom plate of the machine slot, which results in the damage of the scraper or the bottom plate of the machine slot, even the chain breaking accident in serious cases.
